Okay, in my initial soda-quitting post I was apparently a little ambitious in saying I’d try to update the blog every day, but I decided to make this big post instead to detail how it’s been going. It’s about four weeks since I quit soda and candy now, and I have noticed some really significant changes.
Wow, it sure has been a while since my last post. Viktor has grown three months, and I haven’t really lost as much weight as I should have. I have my reasons for this, though.
I’ve been losing hair like crazy since Christmas, and it’s been making me feel horrible. As if I didn’t have a shit self-image already, now I’m fat, ugly, AND I’m going bald? Jesus.
